In business for over 40 years, Midwest Insurance Corporation (MIC) has specialized in a variety of insurance including Agribusiness, benefits, personal and commercial, with specialized solutions for body shops, contractors, manufacturers, restaurants, and wineries. MIC’s location in Nevada is part of the Des Moines metro area and targets business in larger cities as well as the Ag space in rural communities across the United States.
Agency President Melissa knows many of the agencies in Iowa. She started her career over 20 years ago with an agency in Dubuque, IA. She also has experience on the carrier side, working with Nationwide and Hastings Mutual. Melissa lives in Ankeny with her daughter Vada, son Bain, and two “floofs” Zoey and Ollie. She enjoys cooking, reading, and doing all the things with family.
