Keystone Insurers Group (Keystone) today announced the creation of regional vice presidents within its field operations to enhance strategic planning, facilitate carrier growth and maximize talent.
Three regional vice presidents have been named to handle specific geographic areas within Keystone’s footprint. These positions are in addition to Keystone’s current individual state vice presidents. Three current Keystone employees were named to these new positions:
- Michele Bicknell will serve as regional vice president for the Mid-South region serving Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina and Tennessee, and will continue to serve Tennessee as state vice president.
- Julie Webb will serve as regional vice president for the Mid-Atlantic region serving Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia, and will continue to serve Pennsylvania as state vice president.
- Neal Williams will serve as regional vice president for the Great Lakes region serving Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin, and will continue to serve as Illinois and Indiana as state vice president.
As part of their new roles, Bicknell, Webb and Williams will oversee the other state vice presidents in their respective regions.
“The creation of these new positions is really about facilitating strategic growth as Keystone’s community continues to expand,” said Michael Reddy, vice president of Keystone’s field operations. “As Keystone expands its network of states, our support grows commensurately for partner strategic planning, product development and new business growth to our carriers. Our regional vice presidents will help accomplish this goal, as well as offer new opportunities for our state vice presidents.”
