Keystone recently welcomed Ken Coffey as our Benefits Vice President for PA and VA.
Ken brings to Keystone over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, from account management to business development and agency ownership/leadership.
Prior to joining Keystone, Ken served as VP of Employee Benefits with Barnes Insurance in Pigeon Forge, TN, where he provided established, proven strategies for effective team management, solid client relationships, and increased benefits revenue. He helped implement client management technologies to improve efficiencies and strengthen client satisfaction as well as marketing strategies to increase agency awareness within the local community.
In his new position as PA/VA State VP, Ken will be responsible for developing new employee benefits business, sales, and retention strategies within those states.
Ken is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
